Now that we have gone through some hypothetical examples, here is your chance to evaluate your corrective action. PJR evaluates your corrective action based on the criteria outlined below. These questions help us to determine if your corrective action appropriately addresses your system problem. Select yes or no to answer to each of the questions below to discover the answer that PJR considers to be the ideal answer in determining appropriateness of your corrective action.
