Social Management System – Specification
Based on risk-based thinking, the process approach, and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, PAS 24000 specifies minimum requirements for a social management system (SMS) and specific criteria for social performance that are suitable for auditing and certification.
