ISO 22301 emphasizes creating a business continuity plan (BCP) that outlines procedures for recovering from disruptions, aligning perfectly with DORA’s mandate for robust incident response plans. The new European DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation will come into force on 17 January 2025.
The new Digital Operational Resilience Regulation (DORA) for the financial sector was adopted by the European legislator at the end of 2022.
