Last week, our headquarters in Troy, Michigan, became a hub of energy, collaboration, and celebration as Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (PJR) hosted its Annual Sales Training. The event brought together our dedicated project managers and staff from across the nation to reflect on the successes of 2024, delve into exciting updates for the coming year, and strengthen the bonds that drive our collective achievements.
Throughout the week, we celebrated milestones reached in 2024, trained our team on new and updated programs, and immersed ourselves in the festive spirit of the holiday season. It was a chance not only to sharpen our skills and align our goals but also to enjoy the camaraderie that makes the PJR team so exceptional.
The training officially began with an insightful opening session led by Terry Boboige, Tina Young, and Tyler Platz. They set the tone for the day with a comprehensive review of 2024 sales numbers, top performers, and other key statistics and reports. The trio also unveiled new strategies for 2025, ensuring our team is well-prepared to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.
