Becoming an Aerospace Lead Auditor could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. To be considered as an Aerospace Lead Auditor, there are several key requirements you need to meet:

• Extensive Experience in the Aerospace Field
  You must have a minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. This experience should ideally be gained from working with a major airframe manufacturer or a prime supplier, where you’ve had exposure to the intricacies of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• AS9100 Lead Auditor Course
  To qualify as an Aerospace Lead Auditor, you need to have completed an AS9100 Lead Auditor course. This course equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively audit aerospace quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Successful Completion of On-Site AATT Course
  In addition to the AS9100 Lead Auditor course, you must successfully complete an on-site Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) course. • 20 ISO 9001 Audit Days to Submit to Probitas
  As part of the certification process, you are required to accumulate a minimum of 20 ISO 9001 audit days, which you will need to submit to Probitas, the organization responsible for accrediting aerospace auditors. These audit days demonstrate your practical experience in auditing quality management systems and serve as evidence of your competence as an Aerospace Lead Auditor.
